Pictures at the Venue?

It was brought to my attention can you take pictures at the Philippine Concert in October? I would hope you can during the autograph session after the concerts. I will ask around and find out if you can after the concert. I know for sure during the concert you will not be able to take pictures since it says no photography at the venue.
